![]() Several reviewers mentioned that the ambiance was not on par with the food and service. Where we were sitting in the main inside dining room was a bit uncomfortable - it gets very hot in Solvang this time of year, and great AC for this sort of dining experience is a must. The restaurant has been opened since April 21, and from a facilities perspective the only adjustment I would recommend is increasing AC capacity. I saved mention of the seasonal watermelon gazpacho for last because it was amazing. asparagus, and fingerling potatoes was excellent. The food which included: Salmon, Scallops, 8 oz Filet, New Zealand Rack of Lamb, whipped potatoes. The service was excellent - Reid and his team provided a superb dining experience. We decided to celebrate a birthday as well as Father’s Day at the Sear Restaurant. Restaurants with Outdoor Seating in Solvang. ![]()
